| Before coming to the Bar, Andrew
worked as a town planner at local and state government level
before joining the Australian Federal Police in 1991.
In a 17-year career with the AFP, Andrew was involved in
the investigation and prosecution of numerous serious Commonwealth
offences including Drug Importation, Fraud, Weapons Trafficking
and Counter Terrorism. He also completed 2 overseas deployments
with the United Nations in East Timor.
Andrew completed his articles at Blake Dawson, working in
the areas of commercial litigation, property and then insolvency
after being admitted to practice.
Andrew holds degrees in Town Planning from RMIT University
and Law from the University of Melbourne.
Andrew has an interest in the areas of criminal law, town
planning and local government, insolvency and defamation law.
