Chris completed articles of clerkship in 2001 and was thereafter
employed as a solicitor at the Victorian Office of Public
Prosecutions, where he was engaged in all areas of the criminal
law, from Magistrates' Court to Court of Appeal matters as
well as broader criminal matters such as serious Workcover
prosecutions.
He spent his last year at the Office of Public Prosecutions
as an in-house advocate, before moving to Slades & Parsons
solicitors, where he was employed as a solicitor advocate
until his call to the bar.
