David was born in the U.K. He worked initially for 6 years as a Solicitor in Commercial Law firms. His practice consists primarily of Federal and Supreme Court work. David believes in exploring all settlement opportunities before embarking on trial. He has been involved in several lengthy Commercial trials (eg Abe Goldberg matters, Henderson Amadio) as well as Practice Court applications. David will be as aggressive as the situation requires. |
