Since returning to
the private bar in 1990 after 2 years as a commissioned Crown
Prosecutor in NSW, Neil has focused on Civil Litigation which
now accounts for about 75% of his practice, the balance being
trial and appellate Criminal work . Neil appears regularly in
NSW,the ACT and occasionally in QLD.
