In September 2002
Nicholas joined the Victorian Bar having spent the years immediately
prior as a Solicitor with Melbourne and Adelaide based industrial
relations firm EMA legal and as Executive Director of the Australian
Hotels Association (NT) Branch. Nicholas also spent a considerable
period employed with the Master Builders Association (SA) and
the Office of the Employment Advocate as an industrial relations
adviser after serving seven years as a Police Officer with the
South Australian Police Force in the late 80's and early 90's.
Through these and other experiences Nicholas has developed considerable
expertise in all areas of industrial relations and employment
law, commercial litigation and criminal law.
