Nathan has a diverse practice with extensive experience in
Criminal (jury) and Civil Trial work. He also has considerable
experience in appellate work in State, Federal Courts and
in the High Court. Leading cases include Verwayen v Commonwealth
and Naxakis V Western General Hospital (both in High Court
and at trial level).
N.B. Nathan is currently living in Honiara in his capacity
as Solicitor General for the Solomon Islands.
