Olivia has extensive experience in the criminal law jurisdiction
having worked as a solicitor in private practice, Victoria
Legal Aid and the office of Public Prosecutions before coming
to the Bar in 2009.
As a solicitor, Olivia regularly appeared as an advocate
in the Magistrates' Court and County Court, and has prepared
and instructed in many criminal trials and pleas in the superior
Courts.
