Peta Murphy
practised as a criminal defence lawyer with Robert Stary & Associates
from 2002 - 2008. During that time she appeared in all Victorian
jurisdictions and is an experienced court advocate. Ms. Murphy also has
experience in disciplinary tribunals, coronial inquests and appellate
work. She has an interest in human rights and administrative law, having
previously worked in the area of justice policy and public administration.
