Samantha Dixon
|
Samantha has extensive experience in the criminal law jurisdiction,
having in recent years worked at the Office of Public Prosecutions
and Victoria Legal Aid. Samantha has also held positions as
a solicitor with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC),
a private practice in London and was Associate to the former
Judge Mullaly.
Since being admitted to practice, Samantha has regularly
appeared as an advocate, principally in the Magistrates' Court,
County Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
She is interested in all areas of criminal practice, personal
injury law and occupational health and safety matters.
