Simon has had many years experience as a solicitor in private
practice and legal aid including as a duty lawyer.
He has worked in a wide variety of areas, particularly summary
criminal law and Federal Court judicial review of migration
decisions.
He has also taught for the Law Faculty of Deakin University
running a subject at the Western Suburbs Legal Service.
